LOCALITY OF NKANDLA TOWN - Nkandla is located amongst the world heritage route Isandlwana Battlefields in Nquthu, Melmoth, Ulundi, Eshowe, and Blood River in Dundee. It is situated close to the countries two largest ports, lying about 150km inland from Richards Bay, 250km from Durban to Nkandla and 200 KM from ULundi to Nkandla. It is at the heart of KwaZulu-Natal in the Western end of uThungulu District Municipality. Nkandla offers exquisite natural beauty i.e. Beautiful Mountains, hills, indigenous forest with birding routes.
